With the rental season coming to a close and winter approaching, I write to reach out to the investor owners who may have had new tenants move in within the last few months. If your tenant was not occupying your unit last winter, please touch base with them and remind them that fireplaces are not to be used at Deerfield Forest, and that using a fireplace at Deerfield poses a significant fire hazard.
